I graduated
from Columbia School of Law in 1971, receiving my law degree(JD), and from New
York University Law School in 1976 where I received my Masters of Law in
International Law(LLM). I was admitted to the New York Bar in 1972 and the New
Jersey Bar in 1976. From 1973 to 1976, I worked as a trial attorney for the
Legal Aid Society, Criminal Defense Division - Bronx County. Since 1976, I have
been in private practice and have specialized in the vast spectrum of
Collection work. My practive covers both the states of New Jersey and New York. I represent both creditors and debtors. If you are a creditor, my job is to collect the money owed to you as expeditiously as possible. If you are contesting a debt, I will defend you and seek to defeat that attempt to collect from you. When I represent you, I will move forcefully and quickly. All telephone calls are returned promptly. In the past 22 years, I have successfully represented clothing manufacturers, food wholesalers, doctors, dentists, chiropractors, suppliers, landscapers, fabric and textile manufacturers, banks, printers and contractors, just to name a few |
